Hi my name is Slade Marshall. I started my business, Approach Electrical Contracting (named after my love for golf, think approach shot) about 3 years ago. While I was working for bigger electrical contractors in town, I was asked by friends and family friends for help with electrical work on the side. Over the course of 18 years and after not turning down any work I had built up a customer base and felt it time to go off on my own. Soon after I started, I realized the high demand in Victoria for licensed electricians. It has proven to be an excellent decision as it has allowed me the flexibility in work hours to occasionally spend time with my daughter and son (on the way) during the day and make myself available around the house when required. My daugher also frequently comes out to help me do free quotes! With my years of experience working for large electrical companies in Victoria, I decided to hire some help when my daughter was born. I hope to continue growing this company by providing exceptional service and doing what I love.
